Our Story
We met in London, freshly after graduating from Engineering School. We were working in a small start up back then, and quickly faced the challenge of having to build more, faster, with very few people. In an ever-changing environment, we found many answers in Agile Methodologies, focusing on delivering value quickly, iteratively. We both took the lead of our own team as Scrum Master, sharpening our tools month after month.
Years later, when this journey ended, we could not simply stop collaborating. We missed our talks so much that we decided to meet once a month, share about our individual professional challenges, look for solutions together, learn from one another, and record it as a podcast. This was the birth of "Agilistes" podcast, soon to become "Tech Rōnins".
After several seasons digging into agile methodologies, leadership and engineering culture, interviewing inspiring personalities, continuously learning more about craft, we decided to open this knowledge even more. To help companies at their core, we needed to propose an even more personalised approach.
